DOJ and DOE double up to warn school districts that they can't block fall enrollment of illegal children

As far back as 1982, the Supreme Court said that the children of illegal immigrants have the right to attend public schools.  In the wake of reports of resistance by some school districts, the two federal agencies have issued info reenforcing this right.
